1. What Information We Do NOT Collect
LiftLocal.in does NOT request, capture, or store:
- Your phone number or WhatsApp account details.
- Your physical home or delivery address.
- Your banking credentials, card numbers, or UPI PINs.
- Customer user accounts, passwords, or persistent login profiles.
2. How Ordering Works
When you tap “Order on WhatsApp”, the website generates an anonymous order code (e.g., LL-7K3Q) and prepares a pre-filled WhatsApp message. Your order is fulfilled directly in WhatsApp Business where you can communicate with the owner.
3. Local Storage
Your browser’s local storage is used solely to keep your selected cart items active while you browse between pages on your device. This data never leaves your browser until you choose to open WhatsApp.
4. Analytics & Cookies
We respect your choice. Non-essential analytics (such as Google Analytics 4 or Microsoft Clarity) are loaded strictly upon explicit cookie consent. Vercel web analytics is cookieless and anonymous.
